Transwestern Closes 14,000 SF Expansion At SBS Tower

COCONUT GROVE – Transwestern South Florida announced the 14,434sf lease expansion for Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial, LLC at SBS Tower, a 22-story Class A office building located at 2601 South Bayshore Drive in Coconut Grove. Transwestern Senior Vice President Rashid Siahpoosh brokered the long-term transaction on behalf of the tenant.
More than doubling their South Florida footprint, the national trial law firm of Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial will relocate within the building from their current 6,667sf office space to occupy the full 15th floor.
