Tower Commercial Grows Team

Van Watson has joined Tower Commercial Real Estate as an Associate, specializing in agency leasing and new business development with a focus on Broward and Palm Beach counties.
The fast-growing firm specializes in leasing Class A office assets in the Tri-County region’s Central Business Districts, and as a current leasing portfolio of more than 3 million square feet.
Watson brings five years of experience developing leasing plans that maximize an asset’s value, as well as in market research, financial modeling, operations and property management.
Prior to joining Tower Commercial Real Estate,Watson served as Assistant Property Manager at Transwestern, where he managed 110 Tower, a Class A, 30‐story building in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. His responsibilities included assisting in the leasing efforts and tracking of a multi‐million dollar renovation and capital budget.
A graduate of Florida State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate, Watson is a member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance, a Florida Licensed Real Estate Professional and native South Floridian.
