The Downtown Miami Metamorphosis

More major commercial real estate developments than ever before are poised for groundbreaking, or underway, in the downtown core of Miami. The Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF) will be presenting a project overview, followed by a discussion from the players who will transform downtown in office, retail and residential sectors.

Panelists include Sergio Rok, President, Rok Enterprises and the largest property owner in Downtown Miami; Lyle Stern, President, Koniver Stern Group, who will explain retail development, including Whole Foods, and a renaissance along the core’s streets; Harvey Hernandez, Chairman, Newgard Development Group, who will talk about some of his residential concepts and projects for the core; and James Goldstein, CEO, Midgard Group, who will discuss the office market downtown.

The event is scheduled for Friday, October 18th and will be moderated by Michael Lewis, publisher of Miami Today.
