Terreno Picks Up Another Industrial Property

San Francisco-based Terreno Realty Corp. has acquired a 49,000-square-foot industrial property at 12600 NW 107th Ave. in Medley, for $5.1 million.
The property is fully leased to one tenant and includes dock-high truck loading on two sides and land for trailer storage or building expansion.
Nick Wigoda and Steve Medwin of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller, LMS Realty LLC. Steven Jones of Industrial Group Realty, Inc. represented the buyer.
Terreno acquires, owns and operates 5.1 million square feet of industrial real estate in five major U.S. coastal markets in addition to South Florida, including  Los Angeles, Northern New Jersey/New York City, San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, and Washington, D.C./Baltimore.
Terreno purchased an industrial property in Doral last July for $4.2 million. The vacant, 75,000 square foot asset is at 1401 NW 78th Avenue in Doral, adjacent to the Palmetto Expressway and the west cargo area of Miami International Airport.
