Tenant Signs On For 30,000 SF Of Office Space In Coral Gables

RESF Commercial, a division of Real Estate Sales Force (RESF), announced that MSP Recovery, a leading Medicare and Medicaid recovery specialist, signed a long term lease for 30,000 square feet at the Bacardi Building in Coral Gables, located at 2701 S. Le Jeune Road.

RESF Commercial Senior Consultant Patrick Kelly represented the tenant. Diana Parker of CBRE represented the Landlord.

MSP Recovery’s new office encompasses an entire floor that has been fully renovated to meet tenants’ specs.

 

“MSP’s was looking for Class A office space for their expanding company” said Kelly, “The principles of the company are longtime residents of Coral Gables with a history of community involvement, Coral Gables was the only market they wanted to be in.”

Specializing in Commercial properties in the city of Coral Gables, Kelly previously represented the buyers of the Church of Scientology building in the Gables which housed the original Coral Gables Post Office, situated on Giralda Avenue’s highly-regarded “Restaurant Row” – resulting in a 5.8-million dollar sale. A major component of Coral Gables’ streetscape improvement project.

The 15-story, Class-A office building totaling 251,464 square feet, was built in 2009. Other tenants in the building include Bacardi USA, Quirch Foods and Infinity USA. RESF Commercial worked closely with building management to meet the tenant’s build-out requirements, with amenities that include: mock court room, filming/recording studio, gym and in-house beauty salon. The grand opening for MSP’s brand new location will be held later this month.
