SVN South CRE Advisors Adds Director of Retail

In order to keep up with Miami’s in-demand retail market, SVN’s Miami office, SVN South, has expanded its sales team.
Jeff Hammond, an 18-year real estate veteran, has joined the brokerage’s roster as Director of Retail.

Hammond, specializes in retail build-to-suits, property sales and leasing for clients throughout the USA, although Miami’s core retail market is his primary focus.

Prior to joining SVN, Hammond was a Director with NAI, working out the Miami office. He has negotiated over 300 sale and lease transactions; with sales ranging into the $15million price range.
Jeff is a graduate of University of North Carolina Charlotte – Bachelor’s in Political Science – Master of Public Administration, Lipsey School of Real Estate, Dale Carnegie School of Excellence and has over 1,000 hours in real estate classroom training.
