SVN Fort Lauderdale Team Inks 47,000 Lease Deal

Enterprise Leasing Company of Florida, LLC recently signed a long-term lease for 1700 Eller Drive in Hollywood.

The property features a 47,398 square foot vehicle maintenance facility on 10 acres, located at the entrance to Port Everglades. The property was originally built in 1975 for Mack Truck, and was previously leased by Cruise.com and Maersk Line.
