State Street Realty's George Pino Named NAIOP 'Industrial Broker of the Year'

State Street Realty President George Pino, SIOR, RPA has received the “2015 Industrial Broker of the Year” award from the South Florida Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
In addition, the team of Ed Lyden, Frank Trelles, Brian Cabielles and Ana Lopez at State Street Realty were named as Finalists in the following categories:  Industrial Lease Transaction of the Year, Industrial Sale of the Year, Team Broker of the Year and Rookie of the Year.
NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, is the leading organization for developers, owners and related professionals in office, industrial and mixed-use real estate.  The association honors the best development companies, real estate projects, deals, and dealmakers of the year through annual awards given by its North American chapters to local commercial real estate companies and professionals.
Pino was named “Industrial Broker of the Year” during the Chapter’s recent 2016 Annual Awards of Excellence Awards Gala.  A five-time recipient of this prestigious award, Pino was honored for delivering a tremendous portfolio of transactions for State Street Realty’s valued clients’ properties in 2015 that includes brokering more than 80 new sale and lease deals totaling more than 1.8 million square feet and worth over $100 million.
