State Street Realty’s Frank Trelles Achieves SIOR Designation
State Street Realty announced that Vice President Frank Trelles has earned the SIOR designation, awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®.
SIOR is a leading international professional organization of more than 3,000 members in more than 630 cities in 34 countries around the world.
In order to achieve the SIOR designation, Trelles had to complete at least five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial real estate; meet stringent education requirements; and demonstrate professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity. Individuals who hold the SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate field.
Trelles is the second agent at State Street Realty to earn the designation of SIOR. Trelles has been a top-producer in the South Florida commercial real estate market for the last 10 years. He has closed over $500 million dollars in commercial transactions in his career.
