State Street Realty Starts 2019 Strong With More Than 400,000 SF Of CRE Transactions Closed, Valued At Over $29 Million

State Street Realty has started 2019 strong by completing more than 400,000-square-feet of office and industrial transactions throughout the South Florida area and other cities throughout the United States.

The State Street Realty team of President George Pino, SIOR, Executive Vice President Ed Lyden, Vice President Frank Trelles, SIOR and Associate Brian Cabielles all working on behalf of landlord’s, tenant’s, investor’s, developer’s and other clients recently completed the lease transactions valued over $29 million.

 

“The Miami industrial real estate market is one of the healthiest and most dynamic in the United States.  The outlook for industrial real estate in 2019 is bright, with continued strength in property fundamentals, e-commerce, rent growth and strong absorption,” stated Pino.

The larger closed deals include:

Miami Warehouse Logistics, Inc., the Tenant, leased 126,360 square feet of industrial warehouse space at Carrie Meek Industrial Park Building 2 at 4100 NW 142 Avenue, Opa-Locka.  Lyden and Cabielles represented the Landlord and Vivo Real Estate Group, Inc. represented the Tenant.

NNR Global Logistics USA Inc., the Tenant, renewed its lease for 53,760 square feet of industrial warehouse space at Prologis International Corporate Park at 10400 NW 21 Street, Doral, FL.  State Street Realty’s George Pino, SIOR, Brian Cabielles and Ed Lyden represented the Landlord and Digiacomo Group, Inc. represented the Tenant.

Transcarga Intl. Airways, C.A., Inc., the Tenant, leased 34,337 square feet of industrial warehouse space at Prologis MIA Business Center #2 at 3409 NW 72 Avenue, Miami.  Pino, Cabielles and Trelles, SIOR represented the Landlord.

Parts Authority GA LLC, the Tenant, leased 31,975 square feet of industrial warehouse space at Prologis Beacon Centre at 1419 NW 84 Avenue, Miami.  Pino, Cabielles and Lyden, represented the Landlord and Newmark Knight Frank represented the Tenant.

Goodman Distribution Inc., the Tenant, leased 30,155 square feet of industrial warehouse space at Eastgroup Gateway Commerce Park located at 1638 NW 215 Street, Miami Gardens.  Pino and Stream Realty Partners represented the Tenant and JLL represented the Landlord.

Rohlig USA Holding Inc., the Tenant, renewed its lease for 26,880 square feet of industrial warehouse space at Prologis International Corporate Park located at 10400 NW 21 Street, Doral.  Pino, Cabielles and Lyden represented the Landlord and Cushman & Wakefield U.S., Inc. represented the Tenant.

South Florida Health Management, Inc., the Tenant, leased 9,917 square feet of office/flex warehouse space at Transal Park at 8210 NW 27 Street, Doral.  Pino and Cabielles represented the Landlord and The Firm Realty represented the Tenant.  Transal Park, which is a 135,000-SF Class “A” office / flex business park, is now 100% leased.
