State Street Realty Closes More Than 225,000 SF Of Transactions Valued At $15 Million

State Street Realty, a Miami-based brokerage and advisory firm, recently completed more than 225,000 square feet of office and industrial transactions throughout the South Florida area and other cities throughout the US.

State Street Realty President George Pino, SIOR, Executive Vice President Ed Lyden, Frank Trelles, SIOR Vice President and Brian Cabielles, Associate working on behalf of landlord’s, tenant’s and other clients, recently completed over 225,000 square feet of sale and lease transactions.

 

“The Miami industrial real estate market is one of the healthiest and most dynamic in all of the United States.  Industrial property valuations and rental rates are currently at a ten-year high.  Market fundamentals are strong in Miami and industrial real estate will continue to perform well this year,” Pino stated.  “The commercial real estate outlook for Miami remains very positive.  Both tenants and landlords are looking to State Street Realty’s team of experienced brokers with vast local market knowledge and a 25 year track-record of success to provide them with the right properties and leasing solutions to fit their current business plan needs.”

Deals that State Street Realty recently closed include:

Soprema Inc. leased 21,576 square feet of warehouse space at Prologis Beacon Centre at 2013 NW 84 Avenue in Miami.  Brian Cabielles, George Pino, SIOR and Frank Trelles, SIOR represented the Landlord and The Fitzgerald Group represented the Tenant.

Super Restoration Service Co. renewed its lease in 37,333 square feet of warehouse space at Prologis Beacon Centre at 1701 NW 87 Avenue in Miami.  George Pino, SIOR represented the Landlord and Frank Trelles, SIOR represented the Tenant.

BIP Inc. leased 2,256 square feet of office space at Westside Corporate Office Plaza located at 8200 NW 33 Street in Doral.  Ed Lyden and George Pino, SIOR represented the Landlord.

Believe Financial LLC leased 2,094 square feet of office space at Westside Corporate Office Plaza located at 8400 NW 33 Street in Doral.  Ed Lyden and George Pino, SIOR represented the Landlord and Miami Partner Realty represented the Tenant.

Goodman Distribution Inc. leased 40,300 square feet of warehouse space at 750 42nd Street, N.W. in Winter Haven.  George Pino, SIOR and Stream Realty Partners represented the Tenant.

State Street Realty’s office is based out of Beacon Centre Business Park located at 8369 NW 12 Street in Doral.
