State Street Realty Brokers Complete 15,000 SF Warehouse Lease
State Street Realty has leased 14,973 square feet of industrial space to Dug Cargo, LLC at Beacon Centre Business Park, located within the Miami-Airport West submarket. As a result, Beacon Centre Building 13, a 78,673-square-foot building within a Class “A” industrial business park at 2115 NW 84 Avenue in Doral is now 100% occupied.
State Street Realty President George Pino, SIOR and Associate Brian Cabielles represented the Landlord, Prologis and State Street Realty Vice President Frank Trelles represented the Tenant, Dug Cargo, LLC.
“Leasing activity for warehouse space under 20,000 square feet in the Miami Airport and Medley submarkets has been very active all year and there are minimal quality space options available for tenants to occupy” stated Pino.
