Sperry Van Ness Secures World HQ Location For Nautical Retailer

RJ Marina Holdings, LLC has purchased a 12,000 square foot warehouse building on 1.5 acres from Riverstone Properties, LLC for $1,325,000.00. The property was purchased along with the adjacent site to facilitate the world headquarters for Nautical Ventures, LLC.
Steve Davis, P.A., Les Byron, Jr. SIOR, CCIM, and Keith Kidwell, SIOR, CCIM of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Realty in Fort Lauderdale represented the seller in the transaction.
According to its website, Nautical Ventures has been one of the leading retailers of sailboats, kayaks, and other water sports related products and accessories for over 27 years.
“From our South Florida showroom we’ve been servicing residential and commercial customers in South Florida, throughout the US, virtually every island in the Caribbean, Central and South America. Some of our customers are as far away as Russia and Qatar,” the site states. Te retailer also claims to be the top Hobie Cat dealer in the US.
