Seminole Tribe Purchases Davie Office Building

The Seminole Tribe of Florida bought the former Bristol West Insurance Group building in Davie for $11.5 million.
V-Immobilienfonds International 1 USA, managed by Alf Aleithe, sold the 100,589-square-foot building at 5701 Stirling Road to S.T.O.F. Holdings, an affiliate of the tribe. The Seminoles have their headquarters and their Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino nearby.
The building was constructed in 1999 and bought that same year for $14.3 million. Its previous tenant was Bristol West Insurance Group but that lease was terminated so the Seminole Tribe can move in.
