Seacrest Services Inks 13,560-SF Lease Deal In HQ Relocation, Consolidation

Cushman & Wakefield negotiated a headquarters relocation and consolidation lease for Seacrest Services, Inc. in Palm Beach County’s Centrepark West.

Managing Director John K. Criddle and Senior Associate Joseph J. Freitas assisted Seacrest Services in securing the long-term, 13,560-square-foot lease at 2101 Centrepark West Drive. The move will consolidate two former non-contiguous spaces totaling 14,123 square feet at 2400 Centrepark West Drive, site of Seacrest Services operations for the past 15 years.

NAI Merin Hunter Codman represented the landlord, Colonnade Centrepark West LLC.

Seacrest Services is a community association company offering a full range of services custom-tailored to large scale HOA and condominium associations in Martin, Palm Beach and Broward Counties. The new office will house the company’s executive suite, customer service operations, human resources and association accounting departments. Seacrest Services is expected to take occupancy during the fourth quarter of 2017.

 

“The move to contiguous space helped Seacrest Services reduce their footprint and create operational efficiencies that will facilitate future growth,” said Criddle.

2101 West Centrepark Drive is a 25,000-square-foot, single-story office building located between Interstate 95’s Okeechobee Boulevard and Belvedere Road interchanges, just minutes from Palm Beach International Airport and the West Palm Beach CBD.
