Palm Beach Gardens Office Buildings Trade
A pair of office buildings in Palm Beach Gardens sold for $10.55 million, a modest 4.5 percent premium from their price four years ago.
Summit Northlake Palm Beach, managed by Fort Lauderdale-based Summit Property Group and Gabriel Harkham, sold the 68,124 square feet of office buildings at 4360 Northlake Blvd. to Palm Beach Gardens Office Park LLC, a Palm Beach Gardens-based company managed by Richard A. Freedman.
The price equates to $155 per square foot.
The two buildings were built on a 4.6-acre site between Interstate 95 and North Military Trail in 1983 and 1984. They last traded for $10.1 million in 2011.
