New 120,000-SF Warehouse/Distribution Facility Breaks Ground

The ground breaking for a new 120,282-square-foot warehouse/distribution building commenced yesterday.

Owned by Johnson Development Associates LLC, an entity that is part of South Carolina-based The Johnson Group, Riviera Beach Port Commerce Center, located at 1301 Barack Obama Highway (Old Dixie Highway), located just outside of the Port of Palm Beach, will feature 36′ clear ceiling heights, 28 9’ x 10’ dock highs, two (2) 14’ x 16’ drive in doors, 55’ x 54’ interior column spacing with a 60’ x 54’ loading bay, 120 parking spaces and 13 trailer parking spaces.

JLL‘s Sky Groden and Evan Christiansen have been tapped to lease the facility.

 

“We are thankful for the support of Riviera Beach, the Business Development Board of Palm Beaches, and the Johnson Development team in partnership with JLL to bring this new state-of-the-art industrial facility to the market,” commented Groden.
