NAI Miami Secures Sale Of Homestead Industrial Building

NAI Miami announced today that the team of Edward Schmidt, CCIM and Timothy Merriman, Jr. represented the seller, PB Acquisition Trust, LLC, in the sale of a 22,144-square-foot industrial building located at 1300 Northwest 4th Street in Homestead.

The buyer is Redland Facility, LLC.

This transaction was valued at $700,000.
