NAI Miami Represents Interamerican Motor Corporation In 17,385 SF Lease

NAI Miami‘s Joseph Gallaher, Jeremy Larkin and Janet Chau recently negotiated a 17,385-square-foot industrial lease on behalf of the tenant, Interamerican Motor Corporation, at 3200 Northwest 67^th Avenue in Miami.
The landlord, SFLC Building 4, LLC, was represented by Flagler Brokerage and Management Services, LLC.
This industrial lease is valued at over $1 million.
Interamerican Motor Corporation has been operating since 1962 as an offshoot of German auto parts supplier Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG and was recently acquired by a U.S.-based retail auto parts supplier. The company’s primary focus is on commercial sales and has been expanding locations throughout the East.
