NAI Miami Represents City Of Miami In Ten Year Lease With NightLife Brewing Co. At Shops Of Marlins Park

NAI Miami announced that Jeremy Larkin and Joseph Gallaher recently negotiated a ten year, 11,300-square-foot retail lease for their client, The City of Miami, at the Shops of Marlins Park with NightLife Brewing Co.
The location of the new microbrewery will be facing the main pavilion of Marlins Ballpark in the Home Plate Parking Garage known as P1 at Marlin’s Park at 1588 N.W. 7th Street.  The lease is valued at well over $2.6 million.  This also marks the first brewery approved in a retail zoning for the City of Miami.
With this lease signing, occupancy passes 61%.  The Shops of Marlins Park consists of 57,501 square feet of retail/office space located in three of the four parking garages of Marlins Park.  The retail bays are located in the Home Plate Garage, Third Base Garage and First Base garage with frontage on NW 7th Street and the West Promenade.
NightLife Brewing Co., founded by two Miami natives, is dedicated to the craft of brewing quality artisanal beers, showcasing the rich history Miami offers.  Prior to being the CEO and Founder of NightLife Brewing Co., Juan T. O’Naghten, a graduate of Belen Jesuit High School and the University of Miami, served in the United States Army as a Sergeant in the Airborne Infantry. He completed two combat tours; one in Iraq and the other in Afghanistan.  He is also a graduate of the American Brewers Guild Intensive Brewing Science and Engineering course.  John Cooper, Production Manager and Co-Founder, is also a Miami native having graduated from Christopher Columbus High School.  Throughout his career, he has focused on the food and beverage industry and has a unique understanding of the craft beer industry.
