NAI Miami Represents AutoZone In Ten-Year, $1.1 Million Lease

NAI Miami announced that Joseph Gallaher and Jeremy Larkin, along with NAI Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. from West Palm Beach, negotiated a 7,975-square-foot retail lease at 1545-1559 South Congress Avenue in Delray Beach, on behalf of their client, AutoZone Stores, Inc.

The landlord is Gator Investments.

The lease is valued at over $1.1 million.

AutoZone Stores, Inc. is the leading retailer and distributor of automotive replacement parts and accessories in the U.S.

Gallaher has been AutoZone’s South Florida real estate representative since 2008 and has closed over 24 transactions with several more pending closing in the next 12 months.
