NAI Miami Inks 14,000 SF Deal At Shops At Marlins Park

NAI Miami trio Jeremy Larkin, Joseph Gallaher and Lisa Tenn recently negotiated a ten-year, 14,000 square foot office/retail lease for their client, The City of Miami at The Shops of Marlins Park to Wellmax Medical Center at 1402 NW 7^th Street in Miami.

The lease is valued at well over $3 million.  Wellmax Medical Centers, was represented by Cresa South Florida.

With this lease signing, occupancy passes the 50.0% level with only 26,110 square feet remaining.  The Shops of Marlins Park consists of 53,281 square feet of retail/office space located in three of the four parking garages of Marlins Park.  The retail bays are located in the Home Plate Garage, Third Base Garage and First Base garage with frontage on NW 7^th Street and the West Promenade.
