NAI Miami Brings On Senior Investment Advisor
NAI Miami is pleased to announce Aran Dunlop has been hired as Senior Investment Advisor.
Aran is a native Australian and has traveled extensively throughout the world for his business career including New Zealand, Singapore, Vietnam, South Korea, the United Kingdom and North and Central America.
With a background as a bond salesman and trader on the Singapore fixed income desk of Bank of Tokyo – Mitsubishi UFJ Trust, his subsequent real estate experience includes the identification, negotiation, contracting and due diligence for over $75 million of US commercial real estate acquisitions for an Australian REIT since 2012.
An avid investor himself, he has since 2010 privately syndicated deals with foreign nationals totaling over 300 multifamily units and 100,000 square feet of industrial flex space, and understands firsthand the unique concerns and challenges facing foreign entrants to the domestic market.

Aran is a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society and a graduate of Monash University in Melbourne, Australia with dual bachelor degrees in Multimedia and Communications majoring in international studies. When he is not working, Aran enjoys Crossfit training, travel and target shooting.
