Longtime Real Estate Reporter Covers A New Beat

It’s been a little on the hush-hush side, but the word is out:  Darcie Lunsford, longtime Real Estate Editor at the South Florida Business Journal, has joined Butters as Business Development Manager.  Darcie began with her journalism career in 1989 with the Henry Neighbor, a suburban-Atlanta publication, covering county and municipal governments and news events in the 56,000-resident county. She began her career with American City Business Journals in 1997, covering commercial real estate in Palm Beach and Broward counties.  She left for one year and returned to South Florida Business Journal as Real Estate Editor in January of 2001.
Butters is a privately-held real estate firm, engaged in the construction, development, investment, property management and leasing of industrial, office, and retail properties. The Butters organization has consistently ranked among the most active commercial contractors, developers, and real estate brokerage companies, in South Florida, over the past decade. The Butters family has been headquartered in South Florida for the past 20 years.
Oscar Pedro Musibay, The Business Journal’s Miami-Dade real estate writer will cover real estate news for the tri-county market.
