Levy Realty Advisors Negotiates $8.7 Million Sale Of Fort Lauderdale Office/Warehouse Assets

Alan Levy, Broker/President of Levy Realty Advisors (pictured left), recently closed on the sale of two commercial properties for a combined total of $8,700,000.
Levy represented the buyer in the purchase of a 79,500-square-foot office/warehouse building for $6,850,000. The facility is currently leased to BellSouth Telecommunications, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AT&T. The deal closed on September 14. The property is located at 3499 NW 53rd St. within Ft. Lauderdale Commerce Center, situated just off Commercial Blvd., halfway between I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.
Jan StolowIn a separate deal that closed on October 4, Levy and Jan Stolow (pictured right), Broker Associate/Property Manager/Leasing agent with Levy Realty Advisors represented the buyer in the purchase of Powerline Commerce Park for $1,850,000  The 23,500-square-foot multi-tenant office/warehouse complex is located at 2101-2177 NW 22nd Street in Pompano, one-half block south of Copans Road, fronting on Powerline Road. The property is comprised of small bays, ranging from 1,200-2,700 square feet and was 95% leased at the time of purchase.
On behalf of the new ownership, Levy Realty Advisors has been awarded the exclusive leasing and management agreement for both properties.
