Levy Leases Up Additional 14,000 SF In Sunrise
Alan Levy, principal at Levy Realty Advisors, along with Levy Realty Advisors’ Leasing & Sales Associates Matt Jones and Ron Glick recently closed on 14,000 square feet of leases at Waterside Commerce Park.
The 86,000-square-foot, Class-A office/warehouse park, comprised of two buildings, is located at 14001-14101 NW 8th Street in Sunrise, just west of 136th street and I-595 in Sawgrass Corporate Park.
New tenants at the park include:
- Global Wines LLC & Carbe LLC
- P’Kolino, LC
- An Unforgettable Time, LLC
- and Hugo Boss Retail, Inc.
The deals closed in July and August.
The company has leased 53,432 square feet at the 2011-built park since April 2013, bringing the park to 90% occupied.
“The supply of quality, conveniently-located space remains limited. The asset is well-positioned, particularly for the smaller bay users, and tenants are securing space while it’s still available” said Levy.
Levy Realty Advisors was appointed the exclusive leasing agent for the park in February, 2013. The single-story buildings feature up to 35% offices, dock and street level loading and 20-foot-clear ceiling height.
