JLL Adds Former Transwestern Senior Director, 1 Million SF Leasing Portfolio

JLL is in growth mode once again on the heels of its recent acquisition of Cresa South Florida, this time hiring Eric Groffman as Executive Vice President in the firm’s Miami office.
In his role, Groffman will work closely with JLL’s South Florida leadership to further strengthen the firm’s agency leasing team and brings Miami Tower and Courvoisier Centre, two high-profile office properties totaling about 1 million square feet, to the firm’s agency leasing portfolio in Miami’s Central Business District.
JLL’s portfolio of exclusive office listings in the Miami CBD now totals 4.1 million square feet.

Prior to joining JLL, Groffman served as Senior Director at Transwestern, a national commercial real estate firm, for nearly 9 years, most recently directing the marketing and leasing of the iconic color-changing, 47-story Miami Tower in downtown Miami, and the exclusive Courvoisier Centre on Brickell Key. Also, during his career, he has directed the leasing of Miami Center, the second largest tower in downtown Miami, and worked with clients such as Sumitomo, Tishman Speyer, JP Morgan, LaSalle Investment Management, Parkway Properties among others. Additionally he has been involved with the leasing of properties such as Douglas Entrance, Doral Corporate Center, Amadeus Center and Aventura Corporate Center in South Florida”.
