Jesmer Joins CBRE

Lisa Jesmer has been selected to lead the South Florida asset services teams in CBRE’s Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach offices. She will focus on strengthening client relationships and new business development.
“She brings a diverse portfolio of asset management experience to CBRE. With over 20 years of success in asset management, Lisa comes to this role poised to take advantage of the recovering market,” said Patricia Nooney, Florida’s Senior Managing Director for Asset Services – Institutional Services.
Most recently, Ms. Jesmer was the director of real estate for Jackson Health Systems in Miami where she provided operational and financial management for their commercial real estate portfolio. Prior to Jackson Health Systems, Ms. Jesmer was with Jones Lang LaSalle as a senior vice president and regional manager overseeing asset services in South Florida. 
Ms. Jesmer’s professional affiliations include CREW, BOMA, Brickell Association, NAIOP and the Miami Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology in New York.
