International Law Firm Inks Full Floor Deal At Miami Center

Crocker Partners announced international law firm Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP has renewed its commitment to Miami Center, with a 10-year lease for the full 25^th floor, 24,000 square feet, according to Angelo Bianco, Partner in Crocker Partners.

Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Brokerage Services’ Miami Center leasing team, Senior Director Jon Blunk, Director Laurel Oswald, and broker Cristina Glaria, represented the landlord in the lease at the 34-story iconic office tower.
The transaction includes a complete redesign and modernization of the space occupied by the law firm, a Miami Center tenant since 1995.
The lease brings occupancy to 90 percent at Miami Center, the state’s second largest Class A office building at 786,267 square feet. Blunk said large space tenants are smart to make commitments now, recognizing that the market is tightening with the economic recovery.
