Industry Vet Joins NAI Miami 's Management Team

Michael Holmquist has joined NAI Miami as full-time Sales Manager.
Michael has over 25 years of marketing, leasing, brokerage and operational experience in commercial real estate. His previous experience included operating over $250,000,000 real estate portfolio in the Southeast.

“We are very excited to have Michael as Sales Manager” said Jeremy Larkin, President of NAI Miami. “He is very well respected in the commercial real estate industry and will bring a great deal of experience and talent to our group. In his new capacity with our firm, Michael will be focused exclusively on developing the brokers sales techniques and abilities and assisting them with their business development goals.”

Michael is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. He is also very involved in the community, including serving as Director of the Key Biscayne Lighthouse Run last year. He is active with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce (Past Trustee) and a past member of the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF) Board of Directors.
When Michael is not in the office, you might find him outdoors. Holmquist is an avid sailor, runner, tennis player and golfer. He has even completed a Marine Corp. Marathon.
