Industrial Building Trades for $3M

Tremblay Properties LLC acquired the industrial building at 4150 NW 120th Ave. in Coral Springs, FL from Commerce Center of Coral Springs LLC for $3 million, or about $64 per square foot.
The property is a single-story warehouse building totaling 46,752 square feet, constructed in 2001.
Les Byron with Sperry Van Ness Commercial Realty represented the buyer. Timothy Cross with Syndicon Properties represented the seller.
