HomeGoods leased 20,280 square feet at the Pompano Pointe Shopping Center at 2421 N. Federal Highway in Pompano Beach.
The 81,511-square-foot shopping center was constructed in 1967. The space was previously occupied by Sports Authority. Whole Foods is the anchor at the center.
Melody Spano and Mercedes Loftus of Strategic Retail Advisors, Inc. represented the tenant. Charlotte Manley of Kimco Realty Corporation represented the landlord.
