Hialeah Industrial Facility Fetches $9.5 Million

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Schwartz Partners Plant, a 158,699-square foot industrial property located in Hialeah, according to Scott Lunine, Regional Manager of the firm’s Miami office.

The asset sold for $9,500,000.

Michael Alaoui, a senior investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller.

The property,  located at 1101 E 33rd Street in Hialeah, is a 158,699-square-foot rail-sided industrial warehouse situated on a 8.27-acre city block occupied by two quality tenants on long term leases: Schwartz Partners and IC industries.

This area of Hialeah, often characterized as an industrial and manufacturing district, now allows developers to build up to 15 stories with 125 residential units per acre, depending on the location.
