Florida East Coast Realty Names Development Officer

Tibor Hollo, chairman and president of Florida East Coast Realty, Inc., announced that Dean Warhaft has been hired as a development officer for the prominent real estate development company.
Warhaft will work on several of FECR’s current projects including the recently permitted Cube and the new Mikado Sonesta Hotel & Residences planned for the Miami Media & Entertainment District in Downtown. His responsibilities include overseeing development from planning through construction, assisting general counsel with legal matters, and analyzing development opportunities from a technical aspect.
A graduate of Seattle University’s School of Law, and licensed professional land surveyor, Warhaft has extensive experience as a real estate development attorney in Washington and Miami.
He is also the founder and president of Accurate Construction Survey Corp., which he created to serve the commercial, mixed-use and multifamily residential market.
Warhaft’s professional background also includes the founding of Wind Energy Resources Corporation where he successfully acquired and transferred wind rights to the 130 Megawatt Aeolus wind project in Shamrock, Texas.
A regular participant in Ironman triathlons and other endurance events, Warhaft has turned his passion into a business by founding Endurance Traveler, LLC of which he is the president, host and executive producer. The sports/travel series documents Warhaft’s adventures across the country and around the world as he competes in heart-pounding Ironman triathlons, explores the local culture, and cooks cuisine with famous chefs.
