Florida CIE Offers Webinar Training

Learn more about South Florida’s newest electronic commercial real estate database, Florida CIE. Training is now being offered every Wednesday, from 12:00PM – 1:00PM.
Florida CIE is a “property-centric” system, meaning that the database that underlies the CIE system is structured and patterned upon an inventory of all the commercial parcels and buildings in the tri-county market, allowing for more accurate data.
The system allows for historical sale and lease transaction tracking in addition to current data.
Search commercial real estate for sale and for lease. Search commercial land and multi-family listings. Access listing information for Office, Industrial and Retail product.
