Flagler Announces New COO

It must be COO season!
Just a day after NAI/Merin Hunter Codman announced their new COO Jordan Paul, Flagler announced that Vincent Signorello has been promoted to chief operating officer of Flagler.
Signorello joined Flagler in June 2009 as chief investment officer and subsequently assumed the role of acting chief financial officer. Later in 2009, he helped close $460 million in financing securitized by Banc of America Securities, representing the nation’s first non-government supported commercial mortgage-backed security (CMBS) financing deal in more than 18 months.
This CMBS deal was the centerpiece of more than $1.9 billion of new financing originations and refinancing arrangements, including the recapitalization of 44 of Flagler’s office and industrial properties throughout Florida, the refinancing of Flagler’s corporate facility, as well as various construction loans and other property-level financings.
In his new position, Signorello will continue to lead the company’s finance and accounting efforts and oversee Flagler’s capital markets activities.
