Fiat Signs 7,000 SF Lease
Beacon Hill Property Group announced that Fiat will lease the former 7,000 square foot Blockbuster building at the Shoppes at Arch Creek, located at 131st and Biscayne in North Miami.
The auto maker joins Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Red Lobster, Navarro, Subway and Tijuana Flats, who inked a 2,400 sf lease just a few days ago.
