Eight-Story Retail, Residential & Office Space Project Coming To Wynwood

A pair of developers unveiled plans for a large mixed-use building in Miami’s evolving Wynwood area.
Marc Kovens and Shawn Chemtov announced details of their proposed Wynwood Central project. Plans for Wynwood Central include eight stories of retail, residential and office space. The building would also have more than 400 parking spaces, an open-air courtyard and rooftop pool and bar.
Renderings released by Kovens and Chemtov include Chobani and Muji retail stores on the ground floor, however it has not been confirmed if leases with the retailers were already signed.
