C&W Tapped To Lease One Financial Plaza

Cushman & Wakefield today announced that One Financial Plaza’s new owner, a joint venture of Crocker Partners and Westcity Realty, has tapped the firm to market the downtown Fort Lauderdale office tower.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jon Blunk will market the available office space for lease on behalf of the new joint venture.
“Crocker Partners and Westcity Realty both are known throughout South Florida as dedicated and hands-on owners,” said Blunk, a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield.  “I look forward to working with them to bring the existing leasing opportunities at One Financial Center to market and maximize the value of their newest asset.”
Headquartered in Boca Raton, Crocker Partners has been active in the commercial real estate business for more than 25 years.  The real estate investment firm has established a reputation as a premier owner, operator and developer of office and mixed-use projects throughout the Eastern United States. Westcity Realty, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, is a private real estate investment group whose partners draw on their institutional training, with a strategic focus on investment grade assets.
Located at 100 S.E. Third Avenue, One Financial Plaza totals 276,000 square feet. Tenants in the 28-floor building include Regions Bank and several law firms.  The Tower Club, a progressive take on private club tradition, is located on the building’s top floor and offers expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Fort Lauderdale skyline.
