C&W Names New Florida Market Leader After Paul Waters Walks

Larry D. Richey has been named Cushman & Wakefield‘s new Florida market leader.

Paul Waters, who was named senior managing director and market leader for the commercial real estate brokerage in South Florida in January 2013, has left the firm.

Richey said he’s been involved in South Florida deals many times and he looks forward to overseeing the team here. Richie previously was Cushman & Wakefield’s market leader for Central and North Florida.

In addition, Wanda Riley, who works out of the Orlando office, has been promoted to Florida operations director for all seven offices.
