C&W Completes Sale Of 90,800 SF Pompano Beach Industrial Building to End-User

Cushman & Wakefield today announced the sale of a 90,800-square-foot showroom / distribution building located at 2201 W. Atlantic Blvd, in Pompano Beach.
Pool & Patio Realty, Inc. purchased the warehouse for $4,200,000.   The property was previously a Carl’s Furniture store and will now serve as a retail store for Canadian furniture company, Pool & Patio, as they expand into the U.S.   The seller, Atlantic Blvd. Partners, LLC was represented by Rick Etner, Chris Metzger, Christopher Thomson, and Julie Miller of Cushman & Wakefield.   France Millville Realty, Inc. represented the buyer, Pool & Patio.
