Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates 20,000 SF Relo Lease

Cushman & Wakefield negotiated a 19,913-square-foot relocation lease with 3G Productions, Inc. at Port 95 Business Center.

The lease brings the warehouse and distribution center to full occupancy.

Executive Directors Chris MetzgerRichard F. Etner Jr.Christopher Thomson and Director Matthew G. McAllister represented owner MSG Port 95, LLC in negotiating the long-term release with 3G Productions, Inc.

Steve Kaminer of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented 3G Productions, Inc. in the lease negotiations.

3G Productions Inc. is a Las Vegas-based event company specializing in production, audio-visual installations, event staffing, sales and rentals. The company is relocating from its lone South Florida location from Park Centre Business Park in Miami. 3G Productions Inc. will utilize the space as an equipment warehouse and logistical center for its South Florida operations.

Port 95 Business Center, located at 2650 SW 36th Street, consists of two newly developed distribution buildings totaling 230,036 square feet with ESFR fire sprinkler system, energy efficient T–5 warehouse lighting, 32-foot clear heights, and offices built-to-suit.

Port 95 Business Center is situated immediately west of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Its location in the Southeast Broward industrial market provides excellent access to Interstate 95, Interstate 595, Florida’s Turnpike, Interstate 75 and the Sawgrass Expressway.

With Port 95 Business Center fully leased, the Cushman & Wakefield team has begun leasing MSG I–595 LLC’s I–595 Business Center, a ±150,000-square-foot showroom and warehouse development currently under construction on an adjacent site with Interstate 595 frontage.
