Companies Join Forces To Form Multifamily Real Estate Partnership

Giles Capital Group and Rosemurgy Properties said they’ve created a company to own, develop and manage multifamily real estate.
Deerfield Beach-based Park Partners Residential is an offshoot of an alliance that Giles and Rosemurgy began in 2013 to build student housing in Boca Raton.

“It provides us with a strong platform to manage our current portfolio and execute on our pipeline of development projects, which include deals in Davie, Coconut Creek and Boca Raton,” Managing Partner Rick Giles said in a statement.

Park Partners said it has more than $250 million in developments, including University Park, a student housing complex in Boca Raton.
