Commercial Real Estate Vet Launches Firm
After 26 years at Continental Real Estate Cos. (CREC), Mark Goldstein recently launched Jasper Realty Advisors, a boutique commercial real estate firm that provides strategic advice, detailed analysis and valuable insight to tenants, investors and property owners. He will focus on the office, retail and industrial sectors, according to his Linkedin profile.
Goldstein joined CREC as a principal in 1990. He was leasing director for office buildings in the tricounty region and represented regional and local law firms, accounting firms, insurance and pharmaceutical companies.
Goldstein also handled retail leasing for landlords and tenants throughout the region.
The Plantation resident has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of South Florida and a law degree from the University of Florida.
