Cheesecake Factory Coming To Pembroke Pines

The Cheesecake Factory will occupy 8,293sf at the central intersection of 145th Terrace and Fifth Street next to Banana Republic, bebe and Love Culture.

 

The Ann Taylor concept store – to offer an exclusive collection of clothing, shoes and accessories, similar to the retail chain’s concept stores in Atlanta, Seattle, Miami and New York City – will occupy 4,450sf of space. Located at the north end of the shopping plaza at Southwest 145 Terrace, the store is expected open in the fall.

 

TCBY (The Country’s Best Yogurt) will be located on Fifth Street next to Icing by Claire’s. The frozen yogurt store, scheduled to open in the spring, will occupy 1,600sf of retail space.

 

Both ZGallerie and Yankee Candle, to occupy 8,843sf and 2,479sf of space, respectively, will relocate to accommodate space needs for The Cheesecake Factory. By spring, ZGallerie will be located on Fifth Street, adjacent to its former location, while Yankee Candle will move to 145th Terrace.
