Charter School Inks 24,000 SF Lease

Broward Charter School of Science signed a ten-year lease for the entire property at 1800 N. Douglas Road in Pembroke Pines.

The 24,246-square-foot, two-story office building was constructed in 1991.

Matthew Rosenbaum of New Community Strategies represented the tenant. Kenneth Morris, Koreena Rivers and Lois Paskow of Morris Southeast Group, Inc. represented the landlord, CSG Building LLC.
