CBRE Tapped To Lease And Manage 1 Million SF Miami Office Park

Airport Corporate Center, an 11-building office park adjacent to Miami International Airport, has a new leasing and management team.
CBRE has been selected by CBRE Global Investors, which acquired the property this week, to provide leasing and property management services for the one-million-square-foot suburban office park located at 7200-7665 Corporate Center Drive in Miami.
CBRE will execute a capital improvement program and lead an aggressive marketing campaign to bring occupancy up from its current 78.6% to above 90% over the next 18 months.

Capital improvements, to be completed over the next year, call for targeted renovations, including exterior and interior building and landscaping upgrades. In addition, CBRE will implement CBRE Global Investors’ signature 5-Star Worldwide service and amenity program, including the addition of conference centers and a fitness center.
Airport Corporate Center sits on 45 acres immediately adjacent to Miami International Airport and Miami’s two main thoroughfares, the Palmetto Expressway and the Dolphin Expressway. The property includes both mid-rise and single-story office buildings with both structured and surface parking. A $600 million road construction/widening project is currently underway and will further improve access to the property upon completion in late 2014/early 2015.
The CBRE leasing team includes Diana Parker, Richard Bamonte and Janette Driggers. Property management will be led by CBRE’s Lisa Jesmer and Suzanne Russo.
