CBRE Secures 22,100 SF Industrial Lease For Embraer Executive Jets

CBRE has arranged a long-term lease between Embraer Executive Jets Services, LLC and Distribution Funding, LLC – Prologis for a 22,100-square-foot, Class A industrial distribution building located within the Prologis Port 95 Commerce Park in Hollywood.
The lease transaction is a relocation and expansion for Embraer’s existing repair/distribution operation in Fort Lauderdale. Embraer signed a five-year lease for a new larger space at Prologis Port 95, Building 500. CBRE’s Harry Tangalakis represented the tenant, Embraer, in the lease. CBRE’s Tom O’Loughlin represented the owner, Prologis, in the transaction.
 

“Embraer needed to expand their operation and while considering consolidation in other parts of the country, opted to remain and expand in Fort Lauderdale,” said Mr. Tangalakis, CBRE Senior Vice President. “This transaction is clear evidence of the underlying strength of the South Florida industrial market and its ever increasing value to aviation related firms.”
