CBRE Relocates Perimeter Security Company From Texas

CBRE provided Advisory and Transaction Services for a 10,000-square-foot office lease that brings Betafence USA to the Sawgrass Technology Park at 1649 Harrison Parkway in Sunrise.
CBRE’s Dominic Orfitelli, Shay Pope, Grant Killingsworth, Ryan Nunes and Anthony Cadieux arranged the move from Texas of the global specialist in outdoor perimeter security solutions.
The relocation of Betafence USA’s offices to Florida supports Betafence Group’s continuing growth and expansion of its high-security integrated perimeter protection solutions business in the North and South American markets. The new premises offers not only a great space for showcasing and developing unique security solutions but also an ideal location for increased sales and customer support across the region.

“This is a great win locally. This strong private-equity backed firm boasts an international client base and is positioned to create a number of quality jobs in the market,” said CBRE Senior Vice President Orfitelli.

“Even in a tight office marketplace, CBRE was able to meet the client’s specific requests, including the need for a ground-floor demonstration area,” added CBRE Senior Vice President Pope.

Owned and operated by Fifteen Group, Broward County’s Sawgrass Technology Park is a multi-building office campus built in 1985 and spanning a total of more than 500,000 square feet.
