CBRE Markets Office Condo Space At Emerald Aventura

CBRE announced today that the team of Carol Ellis-Cutler and Alina Plasencia is marketing 40,000 square feet of office condo space for lease or sale at Emerald.

The 6-story, Class A office complex is located at 2655 Northeast 186th Terrace in Miami. The 120,000-square foot property was developed by the award-winning architecture, interior design and planning firm, Oppenheim Architecture.

CBRE is marketing the property with co-broker partner at Miami Real Estate Group, Andres Asion.
